Fundus Camera
At our East Park Road practice, we have a Retinal Camera which can take full colour photographs of the retina at the back of the eye. This can be viewed on a computer screen and saved for comparison with photographs taken in the future to help spot any changes, which is particularly important in monitoring glaucoma and diabetic patients. It is especially useful when it is necessary to refer patients for treatment. There is a charge for this service.
